    It's been almost a month of dealing with CenturyLink services. First they don't offer much for my area. I finally was able to purchase a plan, but it took forever to contact someone via phone or their online chat. Most of the time, people had to transfer me around. I also found way too many phone numbers to call which may be part of the problem. I finally got my router and had trouble setting it up. Had to call again, and finally got it working.
