Century Link Dishonset and NOT Helpful


I have been trying for 4 months now to straighten out my bill. Everytime I call I get a differnet answer. I get passed back n forth to other people and departments.I have spent several hours on the phone and I am at my wits end. Nobody takes responsibility for their actions. My account has several notes about my billing problem yet eveytime I have to reexplain the problem. so frustrating! I know my bill doesn't effect the representatives so why should they care and they dont. Eternat hold,, transferring me to the wrong departments, so done with Cnetury link. I am a realtor and I sell 400 homes a year. my clients always ask who to get internet through, I guarantee I WILL NOT TELL THEM CENTURY LINK , NOR WILL I SAY A KIND WORD, I DO GUARANTEE THAT. THIS COMPANY WITH ITS CUSTOMER SERVICE,PROMOTIONS, BILLING etc SUCKS ASS. Century Link gets an F in my book.
