SERVICE WAS NEVER INSTALLED, AND YET WE GOT BILLED $205.54 - Internet Service
We called century link for internet service, the schedule an appointment and guess what they never showed up, they never called, nothing. We got so upset we called back within our 7 days as per Florida State Law and cancel. Since then we have received a bill for $205.54. We have called many times and recorded the conversations asking WTF we don't have service with you guys, we don't have any equipment with you guys we never received an installation with you guys and yet the bill says we have a modem, we received an installation and some other charges, we have copies all the chats we printed in were they promise the order is canceld and the account is canceled. Lies, lies and more lies.
